Description
The Wadkin BRA Radial Arm Crosscut Saw is designed with long-term accuracy and durability in mind. Its rugged cast iron construction of arm and pillar ensure vibration free cutting. Available in 350mm, 400mm and 450mm models which enables 108mm, 133mm and 155mm cutting capacities, it is suitable for a wide range of industries. The carriage of the BRA revolves and the blade cants to 45 degrees. By using locators/stops or graduated scales with locking mechanism, positioning for both the carriage and blade is positive and accurate thus giving continued confidence in its performance and continual positive cutting.Special angular contact roller bearings and silver steel slide rods ensure absolute carriage movement. This feature also facilitates easy replacement of rods and bearings on old machines thus giving renewed accuracy and longer machine life. Safety features include injection braking, head lock arrangement and dual extraction outlets. Options available include: roller tables/stop systems, return spring for head and longer arm.
