The Outline automatic template maker produces accurate templates at a fraction of the time of traditional methods. Using CNC technology complex profiles can be drawn on screen or transferred from the scanned image/diagram. They are then downloaded to the machine unit for immediate template production. This product represents a major step up to Windows-based 3 axis consistent accuracy.

Applications
Designs can be stored on file for immediate production of identical duplicate templates. Perfectly symmetrical templates are produced in minutes, giving improved productivity and a high quality component finish. Included within the price are delivery, installation, commissioning and 2 days operator training.
Tandem templates can be produced especially for chip limiter tooling where manual machining applications are applicable.
