The Latest Technology to Improve Toolroom Productivity
Rotary washing system for effective cleaning of wood tools.
Benefits
Removes all stubborn resin deposits, particularly in gullet areas which
are awkward to access by conventional scrapping methods
Pressure jet wash provides optimum cleaning results ready for either
sharpening process or knife change on turnblade tooling
No metal distortion or deterioration
Low noise operation compared to high frequency systems
Applications
Tooling is placed in the wire mesh screen in the Rothatherm Automat and the top
cover closed. Select the processing time and required temperature and begin
operation. The screen starts to rotate and the centrifugal pump forces the washing
liquid through nozzles and spraying jets. Concentrated jets of alkaline solution
splash the rotating screen and remove grease, oil or resin.
The combination of chemicals and liquid under pressure provides an optimum
cleaning result. When the process is completed, the machine will stop
automatically.
If the parts have to be taken out before the set up time is over, the top
cover can be opened at any time - the safety switch will stop the machine at
once.
Suitable for use with safe water based detergents
Low noise operation
Variable temperature control for removing light to heavy resin
deposits
Variable pre-set timer
