Applications
UltraCare designs, manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of tooling, consumable products and equipment for the toolroom. The Company philosophy is one of immediate response and continuous availability of standard products. To achieve this, over 100 items have been allocated a "diamond" designation with production and procurement management given the necessary resource to ensure these items are readily available.

The consumable tooling offered by UltraCare provides the most complete range of production solutions in the UK industry. This offering is backed up by experienced field sales technical support staff and the ability to tool up complete factories and production lines, irrespective of makes of machinery.

UltraCare's comprehensive range suits the requirements of all areas, from hand manufactured products right up to the most machinery intensive sawmills. The range encompasses all types of circular saw and bandsaw blades suitable for both Wadkin and competitor equipment.

In addition, UltraCare offers a full range of oils and greases required within all toolrooms and workshops. These include coolants for all makes of profile grinding machines, fluids for ultrasonic and high pressure cleaning tanks and replacement grease cartridges for modern hydraulic tooling systems. Toolholders and router bits are available for multi-axis CNC machining centers, right down to own table top CNC template maker tools, consumable plastic template material and TCT reversible knives for all manufacturers of throw away tip knife tooling.

UltraCare is renowned for its ability to design and manufacture high quality tooling at its state of the art facility. This includes replacement tools for 1950's machinery, through to throw away tip systems for modern CNC equipment at short lead times.
