The Processes of Re-Manufacturing
- Stripped to base castings prior to re-assembly, for inspection
- All machine bed plates and faces re-ground in-house
- Motors re-wound or replaced
- Bearings replaced
- Sub assembly's stripped, inspected and re-assembled
- All parts replaced as necessary
- Machine completely re-wired
- Full electrical and mechanical test
- Comply with all legislation
- Completely repainted in colour of your choice
The lead time for a re-manufactured machine is anything between 4 to 12 weeks. All
machines will be installed and re-commissioned by UltraCare engineers.
