Wadkin Delta and Delta Plus

The Delta is the ideal machine if you are looking to step up from single knife finish moulders. It bridges the gap between heavy duty joinery and sawmilling, and meets the needs of companies wishing to increase production and improve quality.

A heavy duty machine designed for longer runs and high speed production with a jointed finish. Hard chrome deep pocketed bedplates, unique P.H.T. infeed system with inverter drive, manual or re-matic combination straight and profile jointers, full width driven bed rollers, outboard bearings.

The Delta Plus combines the Wadkin heavy duty four roller push feed, with the throughfeed driven roller system to give positive feeding of even the wettest of timbers.

Wadkin X-Class

Cast iron modular construction allows for any head configuration. Wadkin four roll heavy duty push feedworks with pneumatic loading to top and bottom driven rollers provide positive through feeding even with wet and difficult materials. Super precision spindles with ceramic bearings.

Standard features include electronic jointing and the high quality chroming of all beds, fences, chipbreakers and pad pressures. Vertical splitting up to 100mm, horizontal up to 200mm and spindle speeds 6000 or 9000 rpm with motors up to 100HP are all available as options.
