Applications
The Vision benchtop profile grinding and sharpening machine is ideally suited to
businesses using spindle moulders and smaller four sided planers. When used in
conjunction with our LCP Grinding fixture the Vision meets the requirement for
production and re-sharpening of limited cutter projection tooling used on both spindle
moulders and single end tenoners.

Grinding Fixture for Limited Projection Tooling
(Serrated and
Euro-Pin)
The unique design of the Limited Cutter Projection (LCP) grinding fixture provides the
facility to accurately grind Euro Pin / Serrated cutters and chip limiters in one
operation. The shaping of chip limiters is completed independently from work on the
cutters, minimising lost production. A tandem profile template is used with one
profile set back 1.1mm to provide the correct limit projection and comply with current
regulations.
