Ergonomically designed, the simple to use and highly productive Silhouette combines profile grinding, solid profile cutter re-sharpening and straight knife grinding operations in one machine. The Silhouette is particularly suitable for large production environments such as sawmilling, joinery and mouldings and with its twin grinding heads is a particularly versatile machine. Unique twin grinding head for fast change from profile to straight knife grinding, including sharpening of HSS/TCT serrated back or plain cutters and knives, with cutters mounted in the cutterblock.

Applications

The twin grinding head enables extremely fast changes from profile to straight knife grinding or solid profile cutter re-sharpening. Stylus and template set-up is quick and easy. A unique turret holder accepts up to six styli for a variety of work. The template slide permits quick coarse adjustment with fine adjustment of template location achieved by dial indicators.
