The IIDA range of moulders provides the perfect solution to a customer looking for
a high speed, production driven moulder, at a competitive price. The IIDA range
incorporates three models, the M-224, MH-224 and the MH-303 series. The machines
operate from 6 to a fully jointed 120 metres per minute feed speed.
All IIDA machines are fully checked and tested at the Wadkin Group state of the art
machining facility in Leicestershire, ensuring the highest quality of performance is
reached prior to dispatch.

M-224 Series
The M-224 offers a new unified construction system that allows almost any spindle
configuration to be incorporated, giving the customer the benefit of lower machine
cost and better delivery time. The M-224 also offers better machining accuracy,
productivity and ease of operation.
The M-224 is available in 230, 250 or 270mm widths.
MH-224 Series
The MH-224 is a heavy duty, high powered moulder. With individual feed motors, the
MH-224 offers high quality surface finish at high production speeds, and is strong
enough to withstand the most intense production requirements.
The MH-224 is available in the standard 230mm or optional 250mm widths.
M303 & MH303 Series
A full purpose built 300mm wide capacity production moulder available for both
standard or high speed (jointed) applications.
The availability of machining 300mm wide material is complemented by the robustness of
design which in turn ensures longevity of the IIDA moulder.
